Just follow our below instructions for Gloryear gratings:
STEP 1: Advise the proper height
Normal steel grating heights are 25mm, 30mm, 32mm, 38mm and 40mm, we also have sizes below 25mm like 20mm and lots of other sizes over 40mm like 45mm, 50mm, 55mm till 100mm, please choose the proper height according to your application. If there is no specific height requirement, choose the regular 25mm or 32mm is a good choice
STEP 2: Choose the proper thickness
Gloryear regular thickness are 3mm, 4mm, 4,5mm and 5mm, 6mm. Of which the 3mm is for light duty application, the 4-5mm is for medium duty and 6mm or above is for heavy duty
STEP 3: Confirm the proper mesh
The regular steel grating meshes are 30mm, 40mm and 60mm, and Gloryear have other special mesh for your reference, like 15mm , 20mm, 25mm, 34.3mm, 35mm, 50mm, 60mm etc to satisfy the demand in different applications. If it is hard to choose the mesh, just advise your sales manager the loading requirement, we will recommend the proper mesh for you.
STEP 4: Decide the surface type
Gloryear have plain grating, serrated grating and I Bar grating, of which the plain and serrated type are more popular. If you need good anti-slippery function, choose the serrated type, otherwise the plain type also work.
STEP 5: You may need clips
Gloryear steel grating adopts clips for installation, the popular type is A &B clip. A clip is for fixing grating to steel structure and B clip is fixing 2 panels together to steel structure, while C type needs welding to fix. Normally we recommend 4 clips/square meter area.
