GRATING STOCK SHEETS

  Steel grating stock sheets are the main products we exported abroad, clients can use our stock sheets to fabricate steel grating panels according to drawings.

  Due to our 20 years’ production experience, we can produce one container in 2 weeks and offer clients a lot of options to suit different loading and application requirement, please check below: 

(1)  Surface: Plain grating, Serrated grating and I bar grating.

(2)  Finish treatment:  Mill finish, Hot Dip galvanized, Painted

(3)  Bearing bar pitch: 12.5mm, 15mm, 20mm, 23.85mm, 25mm, 30mm, 30.16mm, 32.5mm, 34.3mm, 35mm, 35.7mm,40mm, 41mm, 45mm, 50mm, 60mm, 65mm

(4)  Cross bar spacing: as per your request, but regularly we have 38mm,50mm, 75mm, 76mm, 100mm, 101.6mm

(5)  Bearing bar size: from 20mm to 100mm, thickness from 2.5mm to 10mm

(6)  Cross bar size: mainly twisted bar at 5mm x 5mm, 6mm x 6mm, 8mm x 8mm,or round bars dia 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm

(7)  Panel size: max length 7500mm, max width 1000mm
